Consider and act upon the recommendation to ratify the application and authorize the Executive Director to accept funding for a Healthy Outcomes through Prevention and Early Support (HOPES) Grant in the approximate amount of $2,500,000 from the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. 13. Consider and act upon the recommendation to authorize the Executive Director to enter into an agreement with Acumen for financial management services (FMS) under the Veterans Directed Care (VDC) program. This item will not require a budget amendment. - Juliet Gudgel

14. Consider and act upon the recommendation to ratify the Executive Director's release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for meal providers and authorization to execute contracts with selected providers to support Guadalupe, Wilson, and Karnes counties. This item will not require a budget amendment. - Brittney Smith

15. Consider and act upon the recommendation to ratify the application and authorize the Executive Director to accept funding for the Alamo Area Regional Law Enforcement Academy in the approximate amount of $1,500,000 from the Office of the Governor – Criminal Justice Division (CJD) for the years 2025-2027 and adopt a resolution in support of the project. This item will require a budget amendment. - Mike Ritchey

16. Consider and act upon the recommendation to ratify the application and authorize the Executive Director to accept funding in the approximate amount of $150,000 for the Investigative Topics for Victims of Violence Against Women Program (VAWA) from the Office of the Governor – Criminal Justice Division (CJD) and adopt a resolution in support of the project. This item will require a budget amendment. - Mike Ritchey

17. Consider and act upon the recommendation to ratify the application and authorize the Executive Director to accept funding for the 2025-2026 Alamo Area Regional Law Enforcement Academy – Active Shooter Training program in the approximate amount of $75,000 from the Office of the Governor – Public Safety Office (PSO) and adopt a resolution in support of the project. This item will require a budget amendment. - Mike Ritchey

Consider and act upon the recommendation to approve the State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) regional funding allocation recommendations for FY2026 from the Regional Emergency Preparedness Advisory Committee (REPAC) as required by the Office of the Governor.
