AND WE ARE, UH, FINISHING OUR REGIONAL MITIGATION PROGRAM.

UM, ALAMO AREA COG IS THE LAST COG TO DO THIS, AND SO WE ARE THE LAST BUT BEST BECAUSE YOU HAVE ALL THE OTHER GROUPS HAVE GONE BEFORE.

SO WE'VE WORKED OUT A LOT OF THE KINKS AND SO Y'ALL GET TO BENEFIT FROM ALL THAT.

SO THIS MORNING WE ARE GOING TO GO OVER THE APPLICATION PROCESS AND THE APPLICATION FOR THE REGIONAL MITIGATION PROGRAM.

THIS MORNING WE'LL DO A QUICK MOD OVERVIEW, GO OVER THE APPLICATION, UM, THE QUICK BASE, WHICH IS HOW YOU'RE GONNA SEND THE APPLICATION, THE, UM, THE DATABASE FOR IT ONLINE, UM, THE PROCUREMENT PRACTICES, ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS, OUR C D B G MITIGATION VIEWER FAIR HOUSING.

UM, THE MOD CONTAINS ALLOCATION SUMMARY, YOUR LOW TO MODERATE INCOME, NATIONAL OBJECTIVE REQUIREMENTS, ANY LIMITATION ON ACTIVITY TYPES.

AND YOUR APPLICATIONS ARE DUE JANUARY 31ST NEXT YEAR.

SO IT'S ABOUT FOUR MONTHS FROM THE TIME WE APPROVED THE MOD.

SO THE MOD IS QUITE A FEW PAGES, IT'S 109, BUT THE ALLOCATION SUMMARY, WHERE I THINK MOST PEOPLE CARE ABOUT IS THE ON PAGE 11.

AND IT LISTS ALL THE CITIES AND COUNTIES THAT WERE ALLOCATED FUNDS, HOW MUCH THEY GOT, AND WHAT THEIR LOW TO MODERATE INCOME NATIONAL OBJECTIVE REQUIREMENTS ARE.

AND THE ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES IS FOUND ON PAGE FOUR.
