CONSIDER NAC UPON RECOMMENDATIONS OR APPROVED 20, 21 AADC FINANCIAL REPORT.

YOU'RE DOING FINE.

NO WORRIES.

JUST KEEP THAT MICROPHONE CLOSE TO YOU, BUT THANK YOU SURE.

AS BRIEF IN THIS PRESENTATION, THE 20, 21 YEARS ABC THIS YEAR.

OH, ONE, ONE THING THAT, UH, THE LAST WEEK, THE FACT THAT LAST WEEK, WE HAVE A SLIGHT VISION TO, ONCE YOU HAVE TODAY, THE REVENUES IT'S DOLLARS.

WE DID HAVE ADJUSTMENTS IN, UH, OUR BOOKS.

AND SO, UH, SINCE AGENCY DATE OFF ON THE TWC GRANTS, WE DID HAVE TO MEET.

SO THERE WAS LIKE A THOUSAND DOLLARS.

UM, OTHER THAN THAT, YOU'D HAVE TO GO BACK TO 19, I'M SORRY, 2000 THOUSAND CASH.

THAT'S NEXT? THE, HERE ARE YOUR SHAKING OF EXPENDITURE, UH, YEAR TO DATE.

WE IT'S 646,000 SITES.

SO SITE DECREASING TO BE ACTUALLY BUDGETED AND MOUSE.

AND THEN ON THE CENTURY YOU CAN SEE, WE HAD 13,000.

[00:05:02]

THAT IS A TIMING TYPE OF DIVERSE.

SO WE DID THE EXPENSES TRIPLE D.

OTHER THAN THAT, UH, I DON'T HAVE YOU ALL HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY MOTION TO APPROVE.

SO THE MOTION BY JUDGE HURLEY SECOND BY COMMISSIONER WILBURTON AND DISCUSSION, UH, TO CLARIFY, YOU'RE SAYING THAT THERE'S MORE GRANT MONEY COMING IN.

WELL, NO, SO PUT THE FINANCIALS AFTER THE YEAR.

SO WE DID RECEIVE A FEW HAD BREATHS THAT WE RECOGNIZED.

WE EXPECT THIS ASHLEY ASHES.

AND SO, UH, THEY EXPECT THAT IN 2021, WHICH IS WHY WE SEE THE DECKS.

AWESOME.

DO YOU ANTICIPATE CONTINUING RUNNING A DEFICIT? NO, MY QUESTION.

THANK YOU.

ALRIGHT, YOU GOT MOTION AND SECOND ON THE TABLE ANYMORE DISCUSSION.

OH, I JUST WANT TO BE SURE TO CLARIFY THAT IF YOU TAKE THE TWO YEARS TOGETHER, THERE WASN'T A DEFICIT BECAUSE WE GOT THE MONEY ONE YEAR AND WE SPENT IT THE NEXT.

SO TOGETHER THAT MADE IT FLUSH.

UH, SO WE DON'T RUN A DEFICIT.

IT WAS JUST A TIMING ISSUE FROM GETTING THE MONEY IN 20, SPENDING IT IN 21.

SO THEN IT WAS WITH YOU FOR THAT.

WE'RE NOT GOING TO CONTINUE WITH ANY DEPTHS THAT SEEM SATISFIED.

OKAY.

CAUSE WE DON'T DO WE HAVE NOT, I JUST WANTED TO BE VERY CERTAIN THAT WE NOT LEAVE A MISIMPRESSION, THAT WE OPERATE IN A DEFICIT BECAUSE IF YOU LOOK AT THE, AT THE FUND BALANCE AT THE END WHERE WE'RE WHOLE, SO THANK YOU.

OKAY.

ALL RIGHT.

UM, WE HAVE MOTION.

AND THAT'S THE YEAR THAT WE'RE SPENDING THREE, TWO, WE HAVE A BUDGET OF 681 AND EXPENDITURES OF 600 A MONTH.

SO THEY WORKED TOGETHER.

AND THEN THE NEXT COUPLE OF PAGES, WE HAVE THE BOOKS, RIGHT? YOU END UP IN A LITTLE BIT OF INTEREST ATTRACTS OR EXPENDITURES FROM .

THIS IS WHAT OUR BUDGET.

SO THIS IS WHERE WE GET ALL THE PERSONNEL, TRAVEL SPACE SUPPLIES, OTHER, AND YOU SEE ALL THAT DETAIL IS DARK.

I WON'T WALK DOWN EVERY NIGHT BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO BORE YOU TO DEATH.

ITEM NUMBER

[8. Texas Veterans Network grant report -- Gary Timpson]

EIGHT, TEXAS VETERANS NETWORK GRANT REPORT YOUR ATTENTION.

GOOD MORNING.

[00:10:06]

I AM ALSO THE PART OF THE FACULTY INCLUDES A REPORT OF THE TEXAS DISTRICT REPORT INCLUDE SOME BACKGROUND INFORMATION ON THAT AS WELL.

SO IT WAS A DAY OF EXCITED TO HIGHLIGHT SOME PERFORMANCE SO FAR THIS SECOND, RIGHT? UM, SECOND GRANT HERE, THERE ARE SIX DIFFERENT TARGETS.

THE TEXAS WORKFORCE COMMISSION, ONCE NETWORK ORGANIZATIONS RUN THE NETWORK NETWORK, BUILDING EVENTS, TRAININGS, AND WORKSHOPS, ALSO NETWORK ORGANIZATION SYSTEMS INSTALLED WELL.

IT WAS NUMBER OF REFERRALS IN BEDROOMS. SO WHAT I WANTED TO ALIGN WHAT'S THE PROGRAM TARGET AS WELL AS THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF TARGET WAS 210 ACTUAL GROWING IN NUMBER IT'S 197 ORGANIZATIONS.

THAT'S IN THE NETWORK WITHIN THAT HUNDRED AND 97 ORGANIZATION.

THERE'S 480, NOT USERS.

THOSE USERS ARE ARISING AND TRYING TO USE OUR SYSTEM TO RECEIVE AND ALSO SEND REFERRALS.

20 NETWORK BUILDING EVENTS WAS TARGETED, CURRENTLY STANDS AT 278.

WE HAD EIGHT TRAININGS WORKSHOPS TARGETED.

IT CURRENTLY STANDS AT 58.

AGAIN, NETWORK ORGANIZATION WITH THE SYSTEMS INSTALLED 200 VISITS IN TARGETED SEVEN.

THE NUMBER OF REFERRALS TARGETED WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN A 5,000, 10,377, VERY PROUDLY UNDUPLICATED BENEFITS, SORRY.

THAT WAS 1600 APPARENTLY STANDARD BIBLE AND 42, UH, THE COORDINATION CENTER, NOT RECEIVING REFERRALS OUT FOR THEIR BEDROOMS AND BENDING NUMBERS WITHIN THE SAME BUSINESS STATE.

SO WE VERY RAPIDLY THE NUMBERS NATIONAL IS 48 HOURS.

SO THEY'RE DOING THAT.

AND THERE WAS A TWO DAY AVERAGE WITHIN TWO DAYS, UH, 3.5 REQUEST TO START.

UH, WE'RE CLOSING UP POST REQUESTS WITHIN THREE TO FOUR DAYS.

RESOLVE YOUR CURRENT STANDARDS.

75%.

MY BREATHING, MR. CHAIRMAN, IF I COULD JUST REMIND THE COMMITTEE THAT, UH, WE'RE VERY PLEASED THAT ON THIS GRANT, WE'RE DELIVERING SERVICES IN 27 COUNTIES.

UH, THE, FROM TEXAS WORKFORCE COMMISSION TAKES US ALL THE WAY DOWN TO INCLUDE COASTAL BEND.

SO WE HAVE ALL THE COUNTIES FROM HERE TO CORPUS AND ALL THE WAY TO LAREDO.

SO WE HAVE THAT, THAT ENTIRE REGION.

WE DO NOT HAVE THE LOWER VALLEY CAUSE THAT'S ANOTHER PROVIDER UNDER ANOTHER FUNDING SOURCE.

UH, BUT WE'RE PROVIDING SERVICES IN ALL 27 COUNTIES.

WE HAVE OUTREACH STAFF IN LAREDO.

WHO'S EXCELLENT.

AND WE CURRENTLY HAVE A VACANCY IN GARY'S INTERVIEWING FOR THAT STAFF IN CORPUS.

SO IF ANYONE HAS A VETERAN IN CORPUS, THAT WOULD BE GOOD FOR THIS PROGRAM, WE'RE CERTAINLY INTERESTED IN HAVING THEM.

UM, SO THAT, THAT IS, I JUST WANTED TO REMIND YOU ALL OF THE BREADTH OF SERVICES FOR THIS PROGRAM.

THANK YOU, DIANE.

THANK YOU.

UH, MR. THOMPSON, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.

MISS JUDGE, JUDGE HURLEY, WHATEVER ONE OF MY EXCHANGE COLLEAGUES HAS A QUESTION.

THIS IS CALLING ME TO LUNCH AND DINNER.

UM, SIR, WE HAVE A ACTIVE MOSCOW'S COUNTY.

WE HAVE AN ACTIVE VETERAN SERVICE OFFICE COMPRISED OF A VETERAN SERVICE OFFICER AND A CLASSIFIED ASSISTANT VETERAN SERVICE OFFICER OF LICENSED BY THE STATE AND, UH, CLERK SLASH DRIVER.

UH, CAN THEY INTERFACE WITH YOU FOR SERVICES? OKAY.

SORRY ABOUT THE THOUGHTS OF, OKAY.

I'D REALLY LIKE TO CONNECT YOU IN CASE THERE'S SERVICES, THEY CAN OBTAIN FOR YOU FOR OUR VETERANS.

THAT'S WHAT THEY DO IS LIAISON MORE BESIDES THE VETERANS OFFICE.

SO IN FACT, I WOULD SAY OUR PRIMARY CUSTOMERS ARE THE BSOS GARY, HE'S AN OUT OF SCOTIA COUNTY.

SURE.

PRETTY DOCUMENT HR IS THE VETERAN SERVICE OFFICER OFFICER.

AND I JUST GO, SO SARAH, SO SARAH BUDO AND ELIZABETH BRANSON JUST CHANGE THE LAW.

ELIZABETH IS EXTREMELY EXPERIENCED AND THEY JUST CHANGED THE LAW SO THAT A NON VETERAN CAN BECOME A VSO BASED ON HER EXPERIENCE.

AND SHE PASSED THE CERTIFICATION

[00:15:01]

AND SHE'S NOW A LICENSED VSO AS WELL.

AND WE'RE, WE'RE PROUD OF ALL OF THEM.

THEY REALLY HAVE A HEART FOR.

AND, UH, SARAH IS A 10 YEAR VETERAN OF THE MARINE CORPS.

SO SHE'S PRETTY TOUGH.

SHE JUST BECAUSE SHE'S A LADY YOU DON'T WANT TO MESS WITH HER.

YES.

EXCELLENT.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

ANYBODY ELSE? THANK YOU, SIR.
