The Area Judges shall convene into executive session to deliberate and receive advice regarding the following pending or contemplated litigation and legal matters concerning privileged client information deemed confidential in Consultation with Attorney: Cliff Herberg A. Government Code 551.074 – Workforce Solutions Alamo Personnel Matters B. Government Code 551.071 – Workforce Solutions Alamo Contemplated or Pending Litigation

9. Next meeting is scheduled is TBD following the AACOG Board of Directors meeting in the Al J. Notzon III Board Room.
