1. Meeting called to Order The AACOG Executive Committee is meeting in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code (Open Meetings Act). As such, the Executive Committee reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this Agenda whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Texas Open Meetings Act.

2. Roll Call

3. Public Comments This time is for anyone to comment to the Board of Directors on issues and items of concern. There will be no Board of Directors deliberation or action on these comments. Time allowed is at the discretion of the Chairman; with three (3) minutes being customary.

4. Consider and act upon the recommendation to approve the October 16, 2019 minutes.

Executive Session

5. The Executive Committee shall convene into executive session to deliberate and receive advice regarding: The purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property in accordance with Section 551.072, Texas Government Code, Deliberations about Real Property. - John Clamp

6. Consider and act upon the items discussed in executive session.

Administration

7. Consider and act upon the recommendation to ratify the Executive Director’s execution of an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Live Oak whereby the City of Live Oak may participate in providing goods and services to Joint Base San Antonio via AACOG’s Intergovernmental Support Agreement and to authorize the negotiation and execution of similar agreements with other governmental entities within the AACOG Region. – Cliff Herberg

8. Consider and act upon the recommendation to ratify the Executive Director's execution of an inter-local agreement with Comal County and to authorize the negotiation and execution any future inter-local agreements with other counties within the AACOG Region, for the purpose of becoming the third-party administrator for the PACE Program. - John Clamp

10. Items to be placed on the agenda for the next Executive Committee meeting.

11. Next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 15, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at AACOG in the Al J. Notzon Ill Board Room.
