1. Meeting called to Order - Vice Chairman Hurley The AACOG Executive COmmittee is meeting in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code (Open Meetings Act). As such, the Executive Committee reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this Agenda whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Texas Open Meetings Act.

2. Roll Call - Susie Ernst

3. Public Comments This time is for anyone to comment to the Board of Directors on issues and items of concern. There will be no Board of Directors deliberation or action on these comments. Time allowed is at the discretion of the Chairman; with three (3) minutes being customary.

4. Consider and act upon the recommendation to approve the April 17, 2019 minutes.

9. Consider and act upon the recommendation to exercise the second of two one-year options for our external auditors Patillo, Brown & Hill, LLP (PBH). - John Clamp

10. Consider and act upon the recommendation to authorize the Executive Director to negotiate and execute an inter-local agreement with Comal County for the purpose of becoming the third-party administrator for the Comal County PACE Program. - John Clamp
