1. Meeting called to Order - Vice Chairman Hurley The AACOG Executive COmmittee is meeting in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code (Open Meetings Act). As such, the Executive Committee reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this Agenda whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Texas Open Meetings Act.
3. Public Comments This time is for anyone to comment to the Board of Directors on issues and items of concern. There will be no Board of Directors deliberation or action on these comments. Time allowed is at the discretion of the Chairman; with three (3) minutes being customary.

Program Status and Operational Updates Area Agencies on Aging (AAA) Alamo Regional Transit (ART) External Affairs & Communications Intellectual & Developmental Disability Services (IDDS) Natural Resources Public Safety Regional Services Resource Recovery Veterans Weatherization Assistance Program C. Organizational Updates General Administration Policy Review Chief Financial Officer General Counsel
8. The Executive Committee shall convene into Executive Session to deliberate and receive advice regarding: A. The purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property in accordance with Section 551.072, Texas Government Code, Deliberations about Real Property. - John Clamp B. The annual evaluation of the Executive Director pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074.
12. Next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at AACOG in the Al J. Notzon Ill Board Room.
