1. Meeting called to Order - Chairman Schuchart The AACOG Board of Directors is meeting in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code (Open Meetings Act). As such, the Board of Directors reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this Agenda whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Texas Open Meetings Act.

3. Public Comments - Chairman Schuchart This time is for anyone to comment to the Board of Directors on issues and items of concern. There will be no Board of Directors deliberation or action on these comments. Time allowed is at the discretion of the Chairman; with three (3) minutes being customary.

The Executive Committee shall convene in executive session to deliberate and receive advice regarding the following pending or contemplated litigation and legal matters concerning privileged client information deemed confidential by Rule 1.05 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct in accordance with Section 551.071, of the Texas Government Code, consultation with Attorney: - Cliff Herberg A. Pending litigation involving former employee: Martha Spinks; and B. TWC Unemployment Claims: Deidre Powell Richard Morales Rose Ryan; and C. Pursuant to Section 551.076 of the Texas Government Code, to deliberate upon the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices or security audit: and D. Real estate pursuant to Section 551.072 (real property) of the Texas Government Code.
