1. Meeting called to Order The AACOG Board of Directors is meeting in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code (Open Meetings Act). As such, the Board of Directors reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this Agenda whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Texas Open Meetings Act.

14. Consider and act upon the recommendation to authorize the Executive Director to establish a separate bank account with SB&T for the Titan Complex financial transactions. - Blanca Tapia

Consider and act upon the recommendation to authorize Executive Director to submit a grant application to the Administration for Community Living for the No Wrong Door (NWD) Community Infrastructure Grants: Scaling Network Lead Entities for $350,000 and accept the funding if awarded. 16. Consider and act upon the recommendation to adopt revisions to the Customer Rights Policy. - Jacob Ulczynski

17. Consider and act upon the recommendation to authorize the Executive Director to apply for and accept funding, if awarded, in the amount of $25,000.00 from the Texas Judicial Commission on Mental Health to implement sequential intercept mapping in Bexar County for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This item will require an amendment to the 2021 budget. - Jacob Ulczynski

18. Consider and act upon the recommendation to authorize the Executive Director to accept funding from the Health and Human Services Commission for the continuation of Employment pilot programs in the amount of approximately $145,000.00. This item does require a budget amendment to the AACOG 2021 budget. – Jacob Ulczynski

19. Consider and act upon the recommendation to use cooperative purchasing method or competitive solicitation for security fencing for the Titan Complex, and authorize the Executive Director to enter into agreement with selected vendor in an amount not to exceed $150,000. - Sean Scott

20. Consider and act upon the recommendation to authorize the Executive Director to enter into agreement with SafeRide Health to provide Medicaid Transportation services. - Sean Scott
