13. Consider and act upon the recommendation to ratify the application for the Department of Energy's Clean Cities Coalition cooperative agreement and authorize the Executive Director to accept the award of $72,500. This item will require an amendment to the 2020 budget. - Lyle Hufstetler

14. Consider and act upon the recommendation to authorize the Executive Director to apply for and accept 5339 funding in an amount up to $1,600,000 for bus replacement. This item will not require an amendment to the 2020 budget. - James Oliver
