1. Meeting called to Order - Chairman Schuchart The AACOG Board of Directors is meeting in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code (Open Meetings Act). As such, the Board of Directors reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this Agenda whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Texas Open Meetings Act.

The purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property in accordance with Section 551.072, Texas Government Code, Deliberations about Real Property. - John Clamp B. Potential litigation concerning AACOG's lease with The Petroleum Towers - Cotter, L.L.C. and Cotter and Sons in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 551.071. - Cliff Herberg C. Deliberate and receive advice regarding the following pending or contemplated litigation and legal matters concerning privileged client information deemed confidential by Rule 1.05 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct in accordance with Section 551.071, of the Texas Government Code, Consultation with Attorney: 1. Vollmar v. Alamo Area Council of Governments, Cause Number 2017-CI-19936, pending in the 225th District Court, Bexar County, Texas; and 2. Clayton Klinksiek, Individually, and as Representative of the Estate of Margaret Klinksiek, Deceased, Case Number 1875A, pending in the 216th Judicial District Court, Kerr County, Texas
