Call to Order

1. Meeting called to Order The AACOG Board of Directors is meeting in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code (Open Meetings Act). As such, the Board of Directors reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this Agenda whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Texas Open Meetings Act.

Consent Agenda The consent agenda consists of items considered being of a routine nature and contains items recommended for approval by the Executive Committee or by the Board Chair and the minutes from previous Board of Directors meetings. These items will be enacted in one motion, or any member of the Board may request that items be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately for purposes of discussion and voting

9. Consider and act upon approval of the April 27, 2016 minutes.

10. Financial Summary A. Combined Balance Sheet B. Combined Revenue & Expenditures C. Administrative Budgets

11. Consider and act upon the recommendation to designate the holder of the title of AACOG Privacy Officer, and successive holders of said title, as the Records Management Officer for AACOG.

New Business

12. Consider and act upon the recommendation to authorize the Executive Director to: A. accept and execute the final FY 2016 Department of Aging and Disability Services Amendment #1; and B. negotiate and execute an Interlocal Agreement (“ILA”) with the Bexar County Board of Trustees for Mental Health and Mental Retardation (Center for Health Care Services) to provide Crisis Intervention and Crisis Respite Services within Bexar County in an estimated amount of $125,000.

13. Consider and act upon authorizing the Executive Director to submit a grant application, and execute a contract and accept grant funding of up to $990,000.00 if awarded, from the U.S. Department of Defense, Office of Economic Adjustment, for the coordination of recommendations from the Joint Base San Antonio Regional Joint Land Use Study Implementation Strategy (JLUS).

14. Consider and act upon the recommendation to amend the AACOG Personnel Policy, 6.00 Employee Compensation and Advancement, Section.02 Paydays.

16. Consider and act upon the recommendation from the Alamo Senior Advisory Committee (ASAC) for approval of ASAC Member appointments for 2016.

17. Consider and act upon the recommendation from the Bexar Senior Advisory Committee (BSAC) for approval of BSAC Member and Alternate appointments for 2016.

18. Next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at AACOG in the Al J. Notzon Ill Board Room.
